Hi everyone, Based on my observation, George has a very good voice projection. The lesson plan is okay. But the article is too hard for Form 4 students. What he can do is, choose a shorter article or make a mind map for them. It's easier for students skimming and scanning activity. The Set Induction was good because he attracted the students attention. Keep it up and good job, George ! :)
P/s: I really hope to see you in a formal attire and with a tie on you ! :P

I like your lesson, because you used one picture to get students into the class. Global warming is a hot topic, good choice. Maybe you can choose a shorter passage next time, better for a 40mins lesson. My own suggestion is, if you show some videos to students, the global warming will become more lively to them. The picture is acceptable. the material is too long for class reading. The exercise is a challenge, not only difficulty but also format. The answers column is hard to identify. But he still has good time management. He left a lot of time to do those exercises. Compare to siting, he has too many er/ah. overall, Good job
George has loud and clear voice projection. You are energetic and enthusiastic in teaching. We are engaged and interactive in his lesson. For the text selection, I personally think it is fine, maybe you can cut the text and select some typical parts of it. It will be better for the students to read in limited time. By the way, the activity is somewhat challenging, there are too many words in one section, you can devide them into different sections as well. Overall, good job.
hi everyone, my comments about George's lesson are the article that he has choose are not suitable for form four students because it's even more difficult than our English proficiency course. the article is too long and the vocabulary level is too high. if he use the article for students in school they might lose interest in reading the article. However, despite with the difficult vocabulary and lengthy passage, the activities or exercises that given was very easy because students can directly spot on the answers in the article because there are no distraction or confusion in the activities, it's very direct to the point. Overall, he did a good job with an interesting set induction, good communication with the students and he has a very good clear voice projection as a teacher.
Hey geaorgie, Wang yi thinks your voice is penetrating..I think she likes you/your lesson very much. Pls keep in mind what was said by jack and rou Jin, also, most of your friends thunk that you should shorten or chooose a more suitable article. They also think that your tasks should cater to mixed ability students and inot only for the high proficiency students, keep that in mind for the next lesson.
Geaorgie's class was very attractive. I like the picture which he showed us the beginning of the class. It made me pay attention in his class. However, the text he gave us is very hard. In my opinion, even stduents are form 4, they still could not finish it with a very good understanding. I hope he could teach something which suitable for most of students in class. Went well: 1. George`s lesson is obviously excellent, such as his attiring, it shows that he has paid so much attention on it. 2. On the other hand, the content of his lesson was too much to cover in one class; it also shows that how well his preparation is. 3. The voice projections were strong and clear enough, like a president. 4. Explanation of the knowledge covered was abundant.
Can be improved: 1. He should change the way of teaching into more student centered; 2. Don`s move too fast and try to focus on weaker part of students` understanding; 3. The lesson could be better if he try to test student on how much they have learnt at the post-stage

The passage he used is too long for a form four student and the vocabulary is very difficult for low-proficiency level students.
Make sure to include a clear indtruction on the next exercise.
