Mubarak's Third Time is a Charm!

He presented for the third time, hoping to improve his teaching AND of course, grade. He taught about energy saving as well as the use of coconut shells and mango pits to generate energy. Well, what do we think? Good points? Aspects to work on?

  1. Hi guys~
    Good points
We can see that Mubarak improved a lot. The structure of his lesson plan is much more clear than the last one. And he became more confident than before.

    Ascepts to work on
As Madam Adel said, there are still some mistakes in your worksheet. Try to organize your words when you speak in the class.

    thanks~

  3. There is one more thing I need to share is about a very useful and convenient resource which is call"The class room" of VOA special English.

While is was preparing this class, i was seeking for suitable listening materials but can`t find any. until i found this one.

The quality of the resource here is in very good condition. the most important thing is it is freeeeeeee download! it`s amazing!

    here is the place: http://learningenglish.voanews.com/section/the-classroom/2345.html

  4. Hi everyone,
Thank you for your third lesson! Your lesson plan was so clear this time. You considered the students with mixed ability while designing the activities. Also, we could see the ‘connection’ in your lesson plan.
The only suggestion is that you can give a short instruction or background knowledge about your listening content. Your lesson was focused on new technology that students may not be familiar with it. Overall, good job!

  5. Hi Mubarak, =)

Well done for your third presentation. This time your lesson was much more organized and you were clear about what you want to teach. I’m sure that you have learned from previous lesson how to make the lesson connected. Your topic also more meaningful compared with the previous one about the birthday party. I can see that you have put a lot of effort and preparation for this presentation. As usual, I love the way you smile and interact with your students. Even if you are not fierce, but I believe that everyone will love you and they will not bully you.
However, you should be a little bit strict with your students, especially when you asked them to do an activity. To reduce the mistakes in the worksheet, I suggest you to adapt other question sheet and edit it a little bit to suit the students’ level.
